It's easy to get a good review when everything goes right. But, what about when things don't go right- that's when you really uncover the quality of your dealership.... First, I worked with Francis, and my entire buying experience was superb. So I switched shops, and when I felt the repairs were dragging on too long over there, he stepped in again and made everything right. I work in sales and customer service and can say with absolute certainty, that Francis and the rest of the staff at Alliance Motors is committed to making sure their customers are happy. I'd recommend them with absolute confidence. You won't find a better example of integrity, honesty, and reliability in an auto dealership anywhere.
