First, I worked with Francis, and my entire buying experience was superb. I had some extenuating circumstances impacting my financing and Francis and Alliance Motors were very helpful, patient, and accommodating while I got everything in order. Most importantly, however, was the service after the sale: I did have a problem. About a year after my purchase, the timing belt and turbo broke on my Audi. I had purchased a Third Party Warranty from Alliance Motors as well, so I got it to a shop and had them dive into it. The warranty company was being incredibly difficult for the shop to work with. I remembered Francis telling me not to hesitate to call him if I ever had a problem, so a year later I decided to take him up on that. He used his leverage over the warranty company to help get them to toe the line. He made recommendations on other shops that might be more economical to use than the one I first went to as well. So I switched shops, and when I felt the repairs were dragging on too long over there, he stepped in again and made everything right. I work in sales and customer service and can say with absolute certainty, that Francis and the rest of the staff at Alliance Motors is committed to making sure their customers are happy. I'd recommend them with absolute confidence. You won't find a better example of integrity, honesty, and reliability in an auto dealership anywhere.
