Next time you are looking for a vehicle go by Alliance Motors - my experience with them was GREAT!  They check over all of their vehicles and show you maintenance receipts for the work they have completed and then they welcome you to have it checked out at any repair facility of your choice. I will be back to see Steve and his crew again!

It's easy to get a good review when everything goes right. But, what about when things don't go right- that's when you really uncover the quality of your dealership.... First, I worked with Francis, and my entire buying experience was superb. I had some extenuating circumstances impacting my financing and Francis and Alliance Motors were very helpful, patient, and accommodating while I got everything in order. I've bought at least ten different cars from a variety of different types of dealerships and my experience with Francis and Alliance Motors was by far the best. Most importantly, however, was the service after the sale: I did have a problem. About a year after my purchase, the timing belt and turbo broke on my Audi. I had purchased a Third Party Warranty from Alliance Motors as well, so I got it to a shop and had them dive into it. The warranty company was being incredibly difficult for the shop to work with. I remembered Francis telling me not to hesitate to call him if I ever had a problem, so a year later I decided to take him up on that. He used his leverage over the warranty company to help get them to toe the line. He made recommendations on other shops that might be more economical to use than the one I first went to as well. So I switched shops, and when I felt the repairs were dragging on too long over there, he stepped in again and made everything right. I work in sales and customer service and can say with absolute certainty, that Francis and the rest of the staff at Alliance Motors is committed to making sure their customers are happy. I'd recommend them with absolute confidence. You won't find a better example of integrity, honesty, and reliability in an auto dealership anywhere.
